Why Yale? On my interview day, I met some of the most down-to-earth residents, faculty and leadership team members. I surprisingly felt empowered and supported by people I had just met. It was clear to me that they fostered a positive learning environment and would help me grow professionally by building skills necessary to be a well-rounded physician. Besides the emphasis on education, I also appreciated the program’s mission to recruit residents from diverse background in order to better serve children from our own community and help reduce healthcare disparities. I am beyond proud to be part of the Yale Peds Family.

How do you stay busy outside the hospital? I enjoy spending time with friends and family, Netflix and chill, listening to some cool podcasts, comedy shows, solo travelling, learning new dance moves, stalking Beyoncé’s social media, cooking (mostly Haitian food), going on random walks and exploring...and you can always count me in a jumping picture!!
